Terms of Sale
Purchase, payment and refund conditions
This is an English translation provided for convenience. The French version is the legally binding reference.
1. Purpose
These Terms of Sale (hereinafter the "Terms of Sale") govern the sales of content generation services carried out by ITROPIX (hereinafter the "Publisher"), via the Publinov platform.
Any order placed on the platform implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms of Sale.
2. Products and services
The Publisher offers two types of products:
2.1 Monthly subscriptions
- Creator plan: 800 credits / month — access to images and carousels — up to 4 platforms
- Pro plan: 2,500 credits / month — full access including videos — up to 8 platforms
2.2 Additional credit packs
One-off purchase of credits, combinable with the subscription:
- Pack S: 160 additional credits
- Pack M: 540 additional credits
- Pack L: 1,580 additional credits
3. Prices
Prices are shown in euros (€), all taxes included.

The Publisher reserves the right to change its prices at any time. Any change will be notified to active subscribers at least 30 days before it takes effect. Ongoing subscriptions are not affected until their next renewal.
4. Ordering and payment
4.1 Ordering process
Orders are placed directly from the Publinov platform, after registration and login. The user selects the desired plan or pack, then is redirected to the secure Stripe platform for payment.
4.2 Payment methods
Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., an approved payment provider. Accepted payment methods include bank cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and other methods available via Stripe.
The Publisher never has access to the user's bank details, which are processed directly and encrypted by Stripe.
4.3 Confirmation
After payment is validated, the user receives a confirmation email and their account is credited immediately. An invoice is made available in their personal area.
5. Monthly subscriptions
5.1 Duration and renewal
Subscriptions are concluded for a one-month term and renew automatically each month on the anniversary date, until cancelled by the user.
5.2 Cancellation
The user may cancel their subscription at any time via the Stripe customer portal accessible from their Publinov account, free of charge and without justification.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. The user retains access to paid features until that date.
Credits not used at the end of the period are lost, with the exception of additional credits purchased via packs, which remain available.
5.3 Plan change
The user may change plan at any time via the Stripe customer portal. The difference is calculated on a pro rata temporis basis automatically.
6. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the user acknowledges that the Service constitutes the supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium.
By starting to use the Service immediately after purchase (content generation), the user expressly requests performance before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period and expressly waives their right of withdrawal.
A checkbox is presented to the user at payment, which they must actively confirm to finalise the order.
7. Refunds
7.1 Automatic refund in the event of a technical error
7.2 Non-refundable additional credits
Additional credits purchased via the packs (S, M, L) are non-refundable, except in the case of a technical error covered by Article 7.1 above.
7.3 Ongoing subscriptions
No partial refund is made for a month already started in the event of cancellation. The user retains access until the end of the paid period.
7.4 Exceptional cases
Any exceptional refund request may be sent to contact@publinov.com and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by the Publisher.
8. Invoicing
An invoice is generated automatically with each payment and sent by email to the user's address. It is also available in the Stripe customer portal.
The invoice states: the date, the amount, the service, the details of the Publisher and the user, as well as the note "VAT not applicable, Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code".
9. Changes to the Terms of Sale
The Publisher reserves the right to amend these Terms of Sale at any time. Substantial changes will be notified by email to users at least 30 days before they take effect.
The applicable Terms of Sale are those in force at the time of the order.
10. Disputes and mediation
In the event of a dispute, the user may send a written complaint to contact@publinov.com. A response will be provided within a maximum of 30 days.
In accordance with Article L612-1 of the French Consumer Code, the consumer user may, failing an amicable resolution, use a consumer mediator free of charge.
An online dispute resolution (ODR) platform is also made available by the European Commission at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. Failing an amicable resolution, any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
11. International users & taxes
11.1 Service available internationally
The Publinov Service is accessible to users worldwide. By ordering a subscription or pack from abroad, the user accepts these Terms of Sale and acknowledges that the contractual relationship is governed by French law.
11.2 Price currency
All prices shown are in euros (EUR). When paying with a foreign card, conversion into local currency is carried out automatically by the user's bank or by Stripe, according to the applicable exchange rates.
11.3 VAT and international taxes
As a French sole trader, the Publisher does not apply French VAT (Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code). However, certain international tax rules may apply:
- European Union users: if annual sales volume exceeds the €10,000 threshold, the VAT of the buyer's country of residence may be applied and collected automatically by Stripe (OSS system).
- United Kingdom users: UK VAT may be collected by Stripe according to the applicable thresholds.
- United States and Canada users: local sales tax / GST may be collected by Stripe according to the "economic nexus" rules of each state/province.
- Other countries: applicable local taxes may be added to the displayed price, in accordance with the legislation of the buyer's country.
11.4 Countries excluded from the Service
The Service is not accessible to users residing in countries subject to international embargoes or sanctions (including, without limitation: North Korea, Iran, Syria, Cuba, as well as regions under European Union or United States sanctions).
11.5 Contractual language
These Terms of Sale are written in French, which is the legally binding version. Translations may be provided for information purposes, but in the event of a discrepancy, the French version prevails.
11.6 International refunds
International refunds follow the same rules as those described in Article 7. In the event of a refund, any bank conversion fees (between EUR and the local currency) remain the responsibility of the user.
